Junior Software Developer Cohort 5 Graduation Day took place on 31 October 2023, with distinguished guests from various organizations extending their congratulations to all sixty-two fresh graduates. This software developer bootcamp is one of many intensive courses offered by the GenNX Model, a joint initiative between the Office of Permanent Secretary for Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research and Innovation (PMU-B), NXPO, Generation Thailand, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and alliances.
NPXO President Dr. Kitipong Promwong remarked that the present job market is actively looking for candidates with both technical and soft skills, with an emphasis on integrity. Skills, such as collaboration and an ability to embrace change, are essential.
The GenNX Model is conceptualized as a fast, intensive training model designed to reskill and upskill recent graduates and professionals seeking to broaden their career opportunities.
