MHESI-NXPO, in collaboration with the College of Art, Media and Technology (CAMT) of Chiang Mai University and Songkhla Rajabhat University, organized a training workshop on digital content for SMEs in Southern Thailand on 5-6 July 2024 at TR Rock Hill Hotel in Songkhla. The workshop aimed to enhance skills in business and digital content creation, empowering SMEs to leverage MHESI’s mechanisms and new technologies such as generative AI to highlight key features of products and services.
The training workshop provided participants with new business skills and knowledge, such as the Business Model Canvas (BMC), and the use of generative AI to create content that presents the unique characteristics of local products and services. These skills will help increase their competitiveness.
Dr. Chalothorn Boonlua, Director of Strategic Clusters Development Policy Division at NXPO, stated that this workshop was part of a project to promote creative media industries and soft power in Thailand. The project aims to enhance content creator skills for SMEs in four regions of Thailand: the North, Central, South, and Northeast. The works created by participating SMEs will contribute to the Creative Content Accelerator Program, which aims to produce creative media such as short films, video clips, webtoons, and games for public distribution.
